NEW revolutionary Private Training Program is geared towards optimizing all aspects of my clients’ lives.
Here are some of the key components:
- Physical Training is 90 percent mental and only 10 percent physical
- If your physical practice is the only component of your training program…you’ll achieve minimal success
- My new program is vastly different than the traditional personal training model that most people are familiar with
- I teach women, how to achieve sustainable change through incorporating some of these main pillars:
- Mixed Individualized Daily Workouts (we meet 5 days a week), Mental Training, Meditation/Mindfulness, Anti-Diet/Food Freedom Coaching, Intuitive Eating Strategies, Daily/Weekly Tracking, Journaling, Breath Work Techniques, Affirmations, Positive Self-Talk and more! My goal is to teach women how to reach their highest potential in all aspects of their lives by providing them with optimal wellness and self-care tactics.
- I do not endorse or believe in diets OR quick fixes. It’s less about physical aesthetics and more about building a healthier you!

Nutritional Coaching & Food Freedom Program
My Nutritional Coaching & Food Freedom Program follows an Intuitive Eating framework and denounces anything that falls within the realm of diet culture. (ex. food tracking, calorie counting, restrictive eating, elimination dieting, NOOM and other ‘non-diet’ apps or programs, low/no carb, daily weigh-ins, disordered eating or any other harmful practices that don’t serve us on our wellness journey)
