At Repetitions Fitness we are proud to offer diverse, all-inclusive fitness classes & programs to our clients. Our class formats are designed to accommodate all fitness and activity levels. We know that most of our clients are at different stages in their fitness journeys, as such we have made it a bit easier to select classes appropriate for each individual. However, should you need any guidance, one of our Team Members can help you to select the right teachers and classes at our studio.
Feeling intimidated? Don’t be…. Our studio is a 100 percent judge-free environment. Our perspective on achieving the healthy balance between the mind and body surpasses achieving physical aesthetics. We want to introduce you to the idea that working out and eating healthy are not only necessary to lose a few pounds but also to improve your overall lifestyle.

Do you want to be healthier, leaner & stronger? Our dedicated team of certified instructors and trainers have the experience and expertise to train people of all fitness levels to help them achieve their goals. Our trainers possess a variety of academic backgrounds including Health Promotion & Kinesiology, Can Fit Pro & ISSA. Our experience plus knowledge and passion is the motivation behind ensuring that all clients see the results they want. We work closely with our clients to ensure good functional health and longevity.
We begin with an initial consultation where we discuss fitness goals, nutrition habits and health history. This consultation is completely FREE of charge and lasts about 20 mins. Next, your trainer takes the information provided and creates an individualized program that reflects your needs.
Finally, you book your sessions at your own pace with our online system which allows you to be in control of your schedule.

We offer semi-private sessions too. Training with a friend is a great way of helping you stay accountable and it’s fun too!

** The Weekday Express Membership $39.99 plus tax per month grants members unlimited access to daytime(weekday) group fitness classes Approximately 24-32 classes per month (3 classes per week is approximately $2.50 per class).
** Weekend Warrior Membership grants members to weekends (Saturday/Sunday) classes only.
